2. Digital Product License
Products you purchase through TMODS may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with third parties. Violation of this rule can lead to account suspension without refund.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once files are downloaded, unless the product is proven to have a fatal technical defect that cannot be resolved by our support team.
4. Product Compatibility
Product compatibility depends on the game/simulator version you use. Please make sure to read the descriptions and compatibility information before making a purchase. TMODS is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported simulator versions.
5. Limitation of Liability
TMODS provides digital products on an 'as-is' basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of purchased products.
